Michelle Lee White
Specialising in digital marketing, Michelle has worked across a variety of industries including technology, finance, superannuation, music, education, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, fashion, medical and government since 2005.
As a professional marketer, Michelle is highly experience in managing marketing teams and developing marketing plans for large and small organisations. Having lived and worked in Adelaide, Australia, the US and Asia, Michelle has the insight and is well acquainted with rebranding and launching new products into multiple and diverse markets.
Michelle’s expertise in digital marketing is complemented by her traditional marketing background in branding, mass media advertising, marketing communications, PR and events, allowing her to deliver highly effective marketing campaigns.
Inbound Marketing Client Manager, Alison is an integral part of the Fit 4 Market team co-ordinating and on-boarding all clients.

Experience in the UK across many industries, such as accounting, insolvency, banking, software and more. Alison’s strong administration, good communication skills and an eye for detail come from working for Andersen then Deloitte for many years. Alison has been working with Adam and the team of marketing consultants at Fit 4 Market since August 2008.
Tania joined Fit 4 Market as a Consultant in 2020. She began her career in marketing and communications in 2004 in a large Australian law firm, ultimately becoming its National Communications and Media Manager. Tania has detailed experience in marketing for service-centred organisations, including in the legal, aviation, aged care, and allied health sectors.
Her broad experience over more than 17 years in content creation, copywriting, corporate communications, social media, website and sponsorship management, PR and events, gives her a thorough understanding of the numerous platforms that organisations can use to promote their brand, and grow their business.
Tania is also an experienced marketing and communications strategist. She believes that having a strategy is a bit like a road map – without one, you don’t know where you are going, or how to get there!
Passionate about social media and digital communications, Tania also loves to write: developing engaging and polished content is one of her key strengths, as is technical writing: distilling the simple from the complex!
