One Day Workshop

Developing an Information Memorandum (‘IM’) can be time consuming, expensive and often very confusing.  The aim of the workshop is to allieviate these problems by providing you witha sound basis for developing your own IM.  The full day workshop assumes you have prior knowledge of private equity and that you will be seeking investment in the coming months.

The workshop focuses on the types of information that investors look for an how to sell these persuasively in the IM and beyond.

The major themes of the workshop are to:

• introduce the IM in its various forms
• explain the operation of IMs and the process of gaining capital
• guide you to select the appropriate information for your IM
• build the structure of your IM
• help you present your IM
