Half Day Workshop

The workshop will assume that the participants have some knowledge of marketing prior to attendance.  The workshop will not therefore delve through issues of segmentation, branding, marketing mix nor marketing strategy.  The workshop will focus on what research is and how it fits within the day to day operation of a company.  Emerging from this the objectives for the market research workshop are to:

  • introduce market research in its various forms
  • explain the operation of market research in a company's activities
  • indicate when and how to utilise the different types of market research
  • impart enough knowledge of market research to enable each company to select and manage the appropriate research activities
